We generally provide a 1 year warranty for our products, which you can avail of through our repair service.

In certain cases, RIEL provides an extended warranty period for certain manufacturers or product types.

The general warranty commitments beyond 1 year are detailed below.

Warranty claim process

You can initiate the warranty claim process by logging into your RIEL account and using the Service Administration feature.

What is excluded from warranty?

The warranty is not valid if the malfunction of the product was caused by any of the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect installation,
  • Misuse,
  • Incorrect storage,
  • Incorrect handling, deliberate damage,
  • Elemental damage, natural disaster.
